Provide support to the Altadis U.S.A. Marketing team by developing marketing campaigns, organizing, and coordinating brand materials and information

• Support digital, video, and photography needs
• Editing video footage
• Manage marketing brand folders and asset library
• Assist with the production of Point of Sale (POS) materials, displays and gift bags
• Generate fresh ideas for customer events and help with planning and execution
• Assist with brand reporting, data entry and product set-up administration in Netsuite, GS1, and other internal systems
• Brand Analysis and consumer/trade research support 

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing
• Proficient with Word,Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint
• Strong work-ethic, flexibility, and willingness to get the job done and be solution-oriented
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Must be comfortable working around tobacco and attending events in smoking environments
• Retail and Cigars/Spirits industry experience a plus
